Our Owner and President spent twenty five years in Corporate Management with many years of experience with industry leaders in manufacturing. Payment Methods

Vivian's has two convenient ways to pay..."PayPal Express" or through our own "Secure Pay" system on the payments page. Either way, no personal and/or credit card information is kept by Vivian's Baby Clothes.

Shipping Policy

For "in stock" items, we process all orders within 1 business day and then ship via USPS Priority One mail within 1 business day.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail for most small orders and Federal Express Ground for items that are bulky or carry weight over approximately 5 lbs. Regretfully we don't have weekend shipping at this time.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on refusals and returns unless it is deemed our fault and then we will be responsible for S & H.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless we are fault and at that point we will refund the "full" amount.

We ship to U.S., Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must ship 2-Day Air.

Return Procedure

Refund Policy:

1. Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) is required on the outside of the box for product returns, or they will be refused. RMA# is good for 14 days.

2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit.

3. Freight on merchandise being returned to Vivian's is to be prepaid unless it is clear the responsibility is Vivian's and then collect is fine.

4. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling.

5. No returns after 10 days of invoice date unless warranted by circumstances beyond customer or Vivian's control. Common sense will be used for fairness.

Refused product will be credited less 20% restocking fee, freight and handling..

Wash And Care Instructions

Care Instructions for 100% Cotton Products:

*Machine wash (delicate wash, turn inside out in warm/cold)

*Lay flat to dry on a towel, do not tumble dry.

*Do not bleach.

*Iron warm, if needed.



Care Instructions for Wool/Cashmere Products:

*Hand wash with mild soap or Dry Clean.

*Lay flat to dry on a towel.

*Do not bleach, do not iron.
