In addition, we are always asking our customers to let us know what they like and don't like and what they think are the best possible products for their little ones' and want to see on our site. Payment Methods
Vivian's has two convenient ways to pay..."PayPal Express" or through our own "Secure Pay" system on the payments page. Either way, no personal and/or credit card information is kept by Vivian's Baby Clothes.


Shipping Policy
For all Accessory items from BearHands & Buddies, we process all orders immediately and then ship via USPS Priority One usually within 1 day.
Federal Express Ground is used for "baby gear" which is typically bulky and heavier than Accessories. These baby gear items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 "business days." You can request "Signature Required" delivery from FedEx without additional costs, just let us know and we'll make sure your package is safe guarded with a "required signature." Regretfully we don't have weekend shipping at this time. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and Canada and only with high fees to Alaska & Hawaii.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on refusals and returns unless it is deemed our fault and then we will be responsible for Shipping & Handling.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless we are fault and at that point we will refund the "full" amount.

Return Procedure
Refund Policy:
1. We will make every attempt to allow you to return unopened and unused items without any kind of charge except for the return shipping charge. However, we need to utilize proper return practices such as issuing a Return Authorization. We ask you to be patient and in most cases you will not be responsible for charges. We attempt to use a "common sense" approach to returns which has proven to be great for our customers.
